Night-shift Customer Support Agent

About your role

You will play a key role in our day to day operation and create a safe and trusted environment for our Clients. Your goal will be to do your best in making sure our Clients follow the set of rules that’s been put into work to make the time spent looking for their partners as valuable as physically possible.

You must also stay at the leading edge of industry trends, so you can contribute to creating a marketing strategy that generates inbound leads, gains followers, and creates a positive image for the company, the CEO and the brand itself.

This is a full-time position, meaning you’d be required to work at least 36 hours a week, so weekends too. You’d be a part of a well-organized, small and flexible team, and your schedule can be created by yours truly.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Moderating uploaded photos
  • Moderating user profiles
  • Checking flagged users who have a high risk of being fraudulent and make sure they are dealt with, if necessary;
  • Random frontend checks – quality assurance;
  • Specified search for Scammer Ip-s.
  • Specific weekly report to provide feedback for Head of Support and Management about the required topics.
  • To provide support to Clients of VictoriaMilan in excellent English.
  • To maximize customer loyalty by giving your 100% effort on a daily basis upon verbal and written communication
  • To maximize customer satisfaction by applying a “customer is king” approach
  • To maintain an informative feedback channel between Customers and Management
  • To maintain/upkeep knowledge about the in-house support/admin system
  • To be a part of reporting cycles in order to inform Management about important issues/queries
  • To help CRM manager maximize capitalization of our exit traffic as well as non-converters
  • Engage with followers and create a unique community via Instagram and Facebook
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

Your Experience & Skills

  • Excellent English written/verbal skills
  • E-commerce/dating experience is a plus
  • You have strong communication skills which allow you to work closely with multiple functions
  • You master social media management tools to be efficient
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • You are someone with high-level of creativity, attention to detail and a talent for writing engaging content for social media
  • You have a strong customer focus
  • You put the customer at the heart of everything you do and use that knowledge to help create marketing campaigns which drives loyalty in customers
  • You work well in teams
