About your role
You will play a key role in our day to day operation and create the essence of the customer centered atmosphere that we aim to achieve from the very beginning. Your goal will be to become a steady brick to our ever-growing “house” of the community; to gain AND keep customer loyalty whilst keeping up a passionate, detail-oriented work ethic.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- To provide PHONE support to Clients of VICTORIAMILAN CASINO in DANISH (and English) from our Budapest office
- To maximize customer loyalty by giving your 100% effort on a daily basis upon verbal and written communication
- To maximize customer satisfaction by applying a “customer is king” approach
- To maintain an informative feedback channel between Customers and Management
- To maintain/upkeep knowledge about the in-house support/admin system
- To keep reporting cycles in order to inform Management about important issues/queries
- To help CRM manager maximize capitalization of our exit traffic as well as non-converters
Your Experience & Skills
- Native Danish and fluent English- Excellent language skills
- E-commerce/dating/casino experience is a plus
- Experience in the gambling and e-gaming scene is also a plus
- Strong ability and talent in understanding our clients perspectives and needs allowing you to provide them with helpful, personalized answers.
- You have strong communication skills which allow you to work closely with multiple functions
- You have a strong customer focus
- You put the customer at the heart of everything you do and use that knowledge to help create marketing campaigns which drive loyalty in customers
- Energetic and upbeat: You are very much extroverted, filled with energy, and eager to learn!
- Self-motivated: Self-motivated and an idea generator – not satisfied with maintaining the status quo
